J. R. Mullins, the sole director and shareholder of the Food Stores of South Carolina, Inc. (FSSC), opened two Sav-A-Lot grocery stores in Myrtle Beach. He then established another corporation, Food Stores of Greenville (FSG), and opened a Sav-A-Lot store in the Greenville community. Mullins was also FSG’s sole shareholder and director. He instructed FSG’s vice president to place Sav-A-Lot advertisements with the Greenville News-Piedmont, which was owned by Multimedia Publishing of South Carolina, Inc. The two Myrtle Beach stores were later closed and their inventory trans¬ferred to the Greenville store. FSG then transferred $144,000 to Mullins and other of his corporations—purportedly to repay debts owed by FSG. When the Greenville Sav-A-Lot closed following this transfer, Multimedia was left unpaid for the advertising services that it had provided to FSG. Mullins claimed that he had relinquished man¬agement of FSG to others and did not know that Multimedia had not been paid.

I do not need to be told rudely to go seek legal advice,obviously for a situation like this,that is inevitable.Input is appreciated:BEFORE I CONSULT WITH LAWYERS, SOCIAL WORKERS & LEGAL AID. I just wanted to know if anyone happened to have any information about this complicated situation:
R.E. is a 16 year old girl in foster care, living between group homes and foster families. She resides in New York City. R.E. is pregnant and will be giving birth to her newborn son in December/January. J.R. is 23 year old, living in Virginia. R.E. wants to give J.R. temporary custody of the newborn child. What is the procedure to do this? R.E is 16 years old (a minor), she is in foster care, she lives in a completely different state.
If temporary custody is not the best alternative, then what should be done so that J.R. is able to bring the baby to doctors appointments, get WIC, etc.
(We are trying to avoid any permanent legal adoption&putting the infant in foster care is NOT an option.)

When someone said we all needed to register with a particular site to avoid telemarketer calls, I took them at their word, I never had any because I have the national site that George Bush implemented. But they said that was running out. So I clicked on and gave the information, now I am starting to get calls from all sorts of goof ball telemarketers...I am really mad, folks. But guess what, it will be a long time before I get scammed again, I can shut down my whole yahoo account, I am not dependent on this for entertainment or anything else. There are some very nice folks on here, but the nut cases get harder for me to ignore.

I witnessed a man going through trash pail and it wasn't for cans or bottles because when he retrieved the trash there was no noise, just a trash bag with stuff in it (which is illegal here if caught).
He was going through a trash pail that was not his own. I followed him, and he walked away from the home that he was at, went down half the bloock, went into the alley and disappeared.
What could a stranger possibly want with someone's trash?
He was not homeless.

well. mine i was heating her soup and washing dishes when al of a sudden i dont hear her goin through the cabinets (which she was doing) and i turn dowb to look and see what she was doing and she had nestle quik all over her and her hand going in the tub of quik and eating out of it.
OMG just the look at her when she knew i had caught her maade me laugh and also how cute she looked.

I Need help putting my film into my 35mm camera. I got it into the camera but when I try to take a picture it wont grab the end of it and pull it.

There are 2 things that get to me the first is spike marks on the green, why why why can you not repair them untill after you have finnished the hole. The second is when you nail your drive down the middle and find your ball in a divot, would it be too much to ask to take a drop?
