At 20 weeks you have a 95% chance that it will resolve by delivery. This is because as the uterus gets larger it pulls the placenta up and away from the cervix. Mine was still a previa at 29 weeks, but at 36 weeks it was away from my cervix and I delivered vaginally. I did have a lot of bleeding afterwards thouhg, since the placenta was still low lying.
