I didn't for a very long time after I joined Y/A Bouncybelle because I am thick when it comes to computors and I hadn't got a clue how to do it. Sussed it out in the end though, problem is I have forgotten how I did it!!!

My avatar looks quite like me except:
1) I don't own the kind of shirt it's wearing.
2) I don't have black-rimmed glasses...yet :-)
Yeah, it's annoying when people have no avatar...it only takes a few minutes to make.
I mean, I can see why newbies might not have one yet...but the people who are level six and STILL have no avatar...yeah. Bugs me too.

I tried making an avatar, but it's so limited and none of the looks suited me, so I just went with the real me. I didn't want to end up looking gray and male.

I don't care for the silhouettes either. Avatars or pictures are more fun to see.

i hate them too. they are so impersonal. hi jo. sorry it took me a long time to get to answering your questions. i took the kids out to see a prescreening (movie) called enchanted fairy tales. it was really good. they were giving a way free things if you knew the answer which we didn't but, we got posters. yay!

Why use a cartoon as you have. I have no current pictures of myself so I use what is available.

I know what you mean, I love my anime avvy. Yeah, those silhouettes are very generic and non-descriptive. Of course, there are some of us who can't make avatars on Yahoo! because we can't get Flash on our computers. Still, though, there are ways to find avvy pics.....

i tend to agree..My son made mine and i dont have the heart to change it,its kinda grown on me,altho id like aphoto of my dogs there..cheers all
