Again, if you are a smoker, how do you feel when someone states a fact, like, "Quitting smoking cuts the risk of lung cancer, many other cancers, heart disease, stroke, other lung diseases, and other respiratory illnesses"?

Do you feel angry and annoyed, or do you feel thankful that someone cares about your health?

On a similar note (And if you respond with negative comments when someone tells you to quit smoking), when someone wants to talk to you about the Word of God, do you say, "Oh, not THIS again," or do you say, "Wow, someone actually cares about my soul (Regardless of the fact that you don't believe in souls)"?

Don't you think that you should at least thank them, or at least tell them that you are not interested at the moment, instead of accusing them for "indoctrination"?

My fiance and I are planning a wedding in May. At first his mom seemed great with it. His dad was always trying to talk him out of marrying me. Then tonight my fiance's mom was drinking alot and she told my mom how we shouldnt get married. I just feel so unsupportive and it really hurts because I love his family and I thought they loved us together. All of my family is more than supportive. what do we do?

I'm a senior at my high school and currently, my overall weighted GPA is 4.56, unweighted is 4.0. I am currently ranked #1 out of 400+ students. I'm a active member in 4 clubs, and I am the president of vice president of 3 of those clubs. I play on the Men's Varsity Tennis team. My SAT 1 scores are:

Math: 640
Reading:550
Writing:620

My SAT 2 scores are:

Math 2: 580
US History: 630

I have taken many AP and Honors classes. I passed my AP US History Test with a 3 and my AP Language & Composition test with a 4.

Do you think I can get into USC applying under Biochemistry with Biological Sciences as my alternative major?

The American Right attacked Iraq for one reason and one reason only: to control the oil fields and stop OPEC switching to Euros which would screw the American economy; the attack was both an attempt to control the oil fields and toi serve as a warning lest any middle east "dare" switch it's currency reserves away from US dollars. Saudis are the only country still backing the US in this use of brutaility and intimidation, Iran and other OPEC countries are calling for switch to Euros, and why not?? why get paid crap when you can get Euros?

I'm looking into buying a small apartment to rent out to earn a little extra money. I know the landlord and I know he'd sell me the unit. I need some advice. The unit is a small one bedroom, just 575 sq feet. New carpet, 100 sq foot deck that's not included in the unit's square foot. It is six blocks from a lake without a view. Town is small, just 1,700 but in the states biggest tourist attraction for chicago commuters. Want to know what I should offer to buy for, and what I could rent for. I know it is all realitive but the best guess for my info. Does anyone recommend or not recommend this for an investment. Thank you.

And right now at the moment there isn't a girl a like but I know one day soon that'll change. Anyways I sometimes would make the first move by putting my arm around the girl or holding her hand. Although it could lead to rejection I always feel like it's worth a shot. Something good might happen.
