Your lungs need Oxygen. When you inhale smoke, there almost no or very little oxygen that blood can use. Instead, it picks up toxic chemicals which over long term use, can cause harm to the lungs. Its much faster with cigarette because cigarette has far more chemicals than marijuana but it is still highly possible that you can get lung cancer if you have long term marijuana use history.

cant get cancer
you get cancer out of the chemicals that ciggarette has, smoke a cigarrete exhale the smoke through a tissue paper and it will turn yellow from all the tartar or w.e that makes you have cancer
smoke weed blow it through a tissue paper and it will come out clean , so basically if you smoke cigs your lungs turn yellow like the tissue but if you smoke weed your lungs stay the rgular color and you dont get all the cancer things in your lungs
im sure many will say yes you can get cancer
