Don't write this guy off as a "whack job" quite so quick. The fact is that since the Muslim Supremacists know they can't beat us in a toe to toe fight they are pursuing other means. They are using an insurgency, They are attacking our computer net works in an effort to disable or damage our infrastructure and our economy, They're doing what they can to manipulate the price of oil up by manipulating production. They're using whatever diplomatic means they may have and yes they have been threatening to switch to the Euro. I don't think our excursion into Iraq was initiated solely for the purpose of preventing that but you can bet it was a significant factor in the decision. It may be that we attacked Iraq first for strategic considerations and the real "target" is Iran. So what? Iran is the mainstay of terrorist tactics. They finance the majority of it and if we're ever going to win the "war on terror" I don't see how the road doesn't eventually wind through Iran. Do you? We were told on day one that this wouldn't be any 90 day war. There would be many fronts and a lot of it would go on in the shadows. We were also told that there were several countries that if they didn't change their ways would wind up on the "list". These countries weren't named specifically but if you didn't think Iran was probably one of them you haven't been paying attention. But he's right about the Arab desire for Euros. I don't know what the Euro is based on but the dollar is based on a vesper of hope and a promise. That's something that needs to be changed that the politicians and the media aren't bringing up.

Iraq was not about oil. It is about the 400 billion dollar drug trade/year from Afghanistan. When the Taliban were in charge the first thing they did was to stop poppy culture. The Euro will go the same way as the dollar. no fiat money has ever survived. Buy gold or silver, the only monetary metals.

I even have been sitting pay attention questioning approximately why i do no longer think of the Iraq warfare has made us all that plenty safer right here interior the U. S.. there have been many appropriate reasons to assist this interior the solutions that have already been given. and that i additionally experience that the reality that we've escaped any greater beneficial assaults, so a techniques, is greater the effects of close by, state and federal regulation enforcement working jointly to ferret out and song down any potential terrorists than by way of fact there's a warfare over in Iraq. The terrorists are no longer in Iraq combating the warfare. they are someplace else, training and getting to grasp the thank you to kill us. quite of being in Iraq attempting to maintain them from killing us and one yet another, we ought to consistently have been funneling our efforts into looking the terrorists, destroying the training camps, looking Osama bin encumbered and something of the al-Quaeda leaders, combating the bypass of munitions to them and drying up their financal help.

Your scenario might work if one ignores that 85% of Iraqi oil exports are under contract to Compagnie Petrol De Francais, a French oil firm.

Next year we will have a function intelligent government which will restore the dollar t its status as the world's leading currency so a switch at this time would not be a good long term plan. Even a non developmentaly disabled republican will be so much better then gonzo and be able to fix this fiasco. I think u give Bush and co too much credit I think he attacked Iraq cause Saddam tried to kill his dad and he felt like banging his chest
