I've been divorced for 1 1/2 years, our house remains on the market and I've paid most of the mortgage since then. It was 2 months behind then went in "reduced payment" for the past 3 months. The lender now wants the regular full payment plus installments on the overdue amount. At this point I must either stop paying my personal debts, all currently in perfect standing, including credit cards w/$30,000+ balance and $800 in minimums, or give up on the mortgage.

This may seem like a no-brainer ("avoid foreclosure") but then there is the matter of my ex having obligated herself in our divorce agreement to fully pay the mortgage in exchange for what she expected would be "full proceeds" on our home's sale. Obviously that backfired, but since my name is on the mortgage, I'm still on the hook. So, which way do I benefit most or suffer least? Give up on personal debts or let the mortgage go? I've already had a couple lenders extend courtesies to me after documenting that agreemen

My husband and I have been hanging out with another couple just about every weekend for a little over a year now. We're all really good friends. In fact, my husband and him have been best friends for about 10 years. We go places together. Our kids play together. All should be great! The problem is that I think my husband is sleeping with his best friends wife. Any time we're together, they always sit beside each other. They play around with each other. They're really touchy, feely with each other. I catch them staring at each other a lot and they act like they're sharing a private joke sometimes. Also, they always seem to find some reason to be alone together. Sometimes she has to ride with him to the store. Or he has to take something to her house "for his friend". It all seems a little suspicious to me. I've never seen anything really inappropriate happen between them. I just have a gut feeling there's more there than should be. How do I find out for sure? Help!

the dishes aren't particularly good...I don't see what the buzz is all about..and no it's not because the food being served to me sucks...my family cooks really good food..but Thanksgiving is sort of overrated for me(the food at least)

I've been acting for quite a long time now, and LOVE it! In gr.7 I got offered a job with a talent agency, but had to turn it down because my mom wasn't ready to let me into the business. I love theatre acting anyways. So I got into highschool and had no time for acting, and in drama class I'm shy to go full out in front of my peers. The school play leads only go to gr.12s so that's not an option. It's been a year and I'm settled in school now, Is there any way I can get back into acting not through my school? Are there full year round drama schools? I've been to quite a few summer ones... ideas?

To me it’s the fact that we’re looking at climate change, energy shortages, food shortages, water shortages, cataclysmic weather phenomenon’s, pandemics, cancer…and all most Christians seem to be worried about is the theory of evolution being taught in high schools, gay people having the same rights as straight people and abortion. I am doing a debate on this topic and I againist welfare so I could use any information you people could provide on why welfare should be ended! Thanks here are a few ideas I have

I'm Heathen/Pagan. I worship the gods of my ancestors - the Germanic/Norse gods. I practice magick. I feel complete with my choice of religion/craft.

My question is, why do Christians feel the need to "save my soul" and others like me? Why do they CARE what happens to my soul - lost or not? Why would they FORCE me to worship what they worship even if it made me unhappy? Besides, wouldn't it be aweful boring if everyone did the same thing - what would there be to talk about??!

I have 3 kids, the oldest I have every weekend, my youngest is 2, very high maintanance. I play guitar and I want to start working on music projects again, but, can't seem to get into the groove again i have so many other projects left undone, plus work , and house chores then the kids. I play grindcore but now I'm down to just metal. I know family life is first but when there is time, kids asleep or significant other takes over, how can I get that motivation to create? How do you if you have children? When I have time to myself I just want to lay around and relax or watch TV or play my 360. I feel I might have lost the musical creation nack :,(
