2) Todd admitted to being bisexual a season or two ago.

There are rumours that the janitors name will be revealed in the very last episode of series 7. Todd does admit to being gay but it was just a trick to get women to like him apparently women dig gay guys. And I hope not Dr Cox is the funniest character in the show and part of that is his attitude to JD.
