rain drops very in size from 1mm to 5mm and drizzle and mist is less then 1 mm

It is difficult to tell.The rain drop from the stratus cloud(drizzle) will be very small and that from a thunder cloud(showers) may be bigger.Even the drops from the same cloud may vary sometimes,Similarly, the rain drops falling over the places lying in different latitudes also vary in size.
