God is a spirit and those that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth
recreated, born again, spirit
then we need to know what the spirit wants us to do and how
and do it in truth

through accepting Jesus as Lord and at the same point we do this We recieve the Holy Spirit(God is a Spirit... those that worship Him Worship in Spirit and truth)

Lets start with truth. Jesus said he was the truth and I do believe truth is the way things really are. Many claim to understand truth and know truth but in the end it is only man''s idea's of reality later turning out to be half truth. Your word is truth saids David in the psalms so as we read the word of God it goes into our subconscious mind and gives direction to our life. We have two minds. Conscious and subconscious which can be classed as our spirit. Romans 8 rightly interpreted calls it the mind of the spirit. (S should not be in capitals as there were none in the original Greek.)

To just worship the Lord means you can do it as the religions have taught us to do.Only when you want to know the truth[realize the self] you have to go in for a different way.
Realizing the self is knowing the God Or you become God.

Love God with all your heart, with all your strength and with all your soul. Then love one another as Jesus loved us which means to be ready to sacrifice for each other. Love your neighbor as yourself. To worship means to adore God alone. So I guess this may also mean to consecrate one's self to God and to do His will at all times.
