A UK Dial Before You Dig website, http://www.national-one-call.co.uk gets plans from all the utilities and authorities. When the service contacts some utilities the utility charges up to £60 for a plan, some even charge for telling you that there is nothing there.

Should utilities be charging when the plans will be used to avoid hitting their buried services?

I want to name my baby boy either JAY or NATHAN or "Nathan Jay".............but he wants to name the baby like him and with his grandfather's middle name, which would be "Eduardo Francisco (Rodriguez)"....I mean, is not that bad, but I don't like it at all!..it's too long, and old fashioned. he does not want to name the baby Jay or Nathan because he says that those names are only for "white boys" and not for people of Mexican descent like we both are; but still, that's not a good excuse....I want to convince him, but he's very stubborn..

I know this because i drink almost everyday a 700ml bottle of whisky,, and am past the stage of drunkeness... Ive come to realize its because i think i am depressed. I mean who in their right mind can drink that much and still be sober? I need help!!

My grandmother died 2years ago and I was really close to her. ok so this has always caught my curiosity. why do you belive there is a trinity? in the bible when jesus was on earth he prayed to his father in heaven ie God. how do you pray to youself? in mathew 3:16 it says when jesus was baptized god's spirit came to him. not god his spirit. god's spirit is just his active force not a person. in deuteronomy 6:4 it says listen o isreal jehovah is our god is one god.malachi 2:10 is it not 1 father that all of us have? is it not 1 god that has created us? mark 10:18 jesus said to him why do you call me good? no 1 is good except one, god.

The computer was working good until I changed the fan because it was getting noisy. Now the machine do not start windows XP, and now is making these annoying noise that sound like and old patrol car from England! when i go to the bathroom and right after i get up, it hurts. it burns when i pee but i don't think its a yeast infection. i was recently told that i have to get a follow-up pap for HPV. could that have something to do with it? or what. it hurts in my pelvic area also.

I was on probation for a DUI, I got on my birthday in FL!! I violated probation because I missed a meeting. I wasn't able to get there. I tried calling several times, crying..and even had my father call and leave messages. Turns out, the stupid lady was on vacation and the people who worked for her erased 'some' of my messages already. I left the state for a while and I am coming back for the holidays to see my family. Will they bother coming after someone like me? If I started working, would they come get me? or would they try to get my IP address on myspace? Please, I want to know if im in danger..and don't want to be picked up during Thanksgiving!! ;) Thanks.
