Since 2001 I have purchaced 4 new bikes, 1 used bike and 1 new ATV and I had 3 warranty problems and the warranty claim was rejected and I was billed for a repair that wasn't covered under warranty.
I had to pay $130 for the dealer to tighten up a battery terminal, and I even had to pay $80 for a repair and $10 for a roll of electrical tape for a repair that should have been covered under a recall.
Does anybody else have problems with their dealer when it comes to warranty repairs, or is it just me?

i sleep throught all my classes.this is because i know it.im sooooo board i skiped 1 grades princible said thats the limit. i snore so teachers are al ready anoyed with me. im in 8th grade im 12. i did not go to six grade i skipped . i did not go to seventh much i was absent a lot. i still got straight 4.2 . INEED HELP.

Well, my skin is pretty fair at the moment, but I know when I am outside I can get tan pretty darn fast. However, I really want to avoid the whole sun situation. What fake tanner works best? What does not come out orange, but still obviously looks like you have some color?

Filming in Scotland can be a difficult task given the ever-changing patterns of weather - as the old saying goes - want to experience four seasons? Come to Scotland on a day trip!

A film crew were filming in the highlands when an old Gaelic seer came hobbling by

"Tommorow rain." he informed them and hobbled on

Sure enough it rained the very next day. Again he hobbled past.

"Tomorrow sunshine." he let them know, and it was indeed a fine sunny day the next day,

The director was mighty impressed and got the crew to hire him and every day the wise old sage predicted accurately what the weather would be.

But after a couple of weeks the old man didn't show up and eventually the director found him in a bothy

Now, of course, this plays into stereotypes about women. However, as women who acknowledge that they do sometimes nag will sometimes point out, women nag because men don't listen and take action the first time they ask.

To what extent have the methods of feminism been like nagging? Have women's rights been gained, in large part, by wearing men down?

And if we accept that metaphor, does it also suggest more constructive approaches? What might those be?

And in relationships, does nagging work for some things and not for others? And could this connect with ways that feminism has made great strides and areas in which it hasn't?

i met this girl at a party last night who i really like, but dont know if she is interested. we also use to work together briefly 2 months ago, so we know each other. Anyway, i told her i will be joining her new company soon, and she seemed quite happy and got her friend to take our pic taken during the night. Also, I asked for her email address which she did and gave me her mobile number as well. i dont know if she is just being friendly or does she have some interest as well. Usually, i know if a girl does show interest, but confused with this girl, as I dont seem to be getting these clues e.g secretly looking at you, getting to know you on a deeper level etc..do you think she shows interest? also advice if any? quite confused with this one.

I work at a retail store, I like most everyone I work with but out of about 20 employees, there are about 5 that always act like I am the biggest idiot on the face of the earth and that they are so much better than me. I know they talk about me behind my back and they degrade my intelligence in front of customers and employess alike. Unfortunetly I already have anxiety problems that I am trying to overcome so, this really upsets me personally as well as at work. It also makes me physically ill. The problem is I don't want to leave the other 15, really cool, good people in a lurch because I quit right when things are getting busy for Christmas. I don't want anyone to hate me for leaving but I also don't want to sell my pride for 6.25 an hour. This is what I am thinking of, go ahead and put in my two weeks notice and hope that everyone that I care about at my job, doesn't hate me. I would apprectiate advise from anyone who knows how much retail stinks!

We are told that Christ Died on the Friday and that he rose from the dead on the Sunday.
Where and in what condition was he during those few days?
One source says that he descended into Hell. Why?
If it was, as I have heard, to offer salvation to the damned, then does not that suggest that Hell need not be a permanent condition?
