Had investment properties 4 over 7 years and have been profitable for 5 1/2 of those 7 years. However, after the mortgage companies let everyone w/ no credit or bad credit get home loans...all that's left 2 rent is the scum in Memphis, TN. We've had 5 houses vacant out of 7 for months, get renters & after 1st month they don't pay their rent, they know the eviction law and how long it takes 2 get them out, it costs us $ 2 put out, u can't ruin their credit cause they don't have much of one, don't care, if u try 2 garnish their wages...they just quit their jobs. We've poured all our personal $ over the past 1 1/2 yr. into keeping our credit in good standings, paying 7 mortgages, repairs, insurance, taxes plus our own personal mortgage and expenses. We have borrowed money recently 2 keep them afloat, but when do u abandon ship? Credit will be ruined, mortgage co. will come after us 4 difference in owed amount & sale price...we just want out before we're bankrupt...their 4 sale also.

I have less problem if a Jehovah's Witness wants to commit suicide by denying a blood transfusion for themselves. It is a free country, and we have the ability to chose.

Do they have the right to make that choice for their children?

If the women in europe, who recently died giving birth to twins, had used her conscience to decide if her twins could have a blood transfusion, if their lives were in danger, we could have 2 dead babies today. Do parents have the right to make this decision for someone else, even if that someone is your own child?

When do you think flooding will be a huge issue in the US...like.....when do you think a lot of cities will go under?
Do you think it will happen suddenly.....or gradually?

At first they predicted it 100's of years from now....they changed it to only 100 years from now.....then they changed it to 50 years from now...and global warming is speeding up. How soon will this acutally happen?

The Jewish people are historically the most oppressed and persecuted nation/religion in the world. What could possibly have caused this? (and don't say because they crucified jesus because he was known as rabbi jesus i.e. a jewish priest and if they hadn't then nobody would have 'died for your sins' and there would be no christian religion...)

Please take a look at the following link. This is an example of what I am trying to accomplish. I am making a website and I want the sides of the page to be a picture instead of a color. Let's say the page is 800 pixels wide but the resolution of the monitir is 1024 pixels, what I want to happen is I want the filler space to be filled with an image I choose. I just don't know how to do it. I would appreciate any help at all.
