I attend the best private high school in the county. I got a perfect score on my SATs, and finished my high school career with a 3.7 GPA. i took a total of 4 AP classes (all senior year), took an accelerated course in math freshman and sophomore years, and in my sophomore and junior years I took a total of 7 honors classes. I am also a member of national honors society (which in my school is rather difficult to earn membership- a 3.68 GPA, 4 extra curricular activities, and 150 hours of community service are required). Do i have a shot into getting into columbia, georgetown, nyu? I plan to major in finance, so any other top finance schools would also be considered. Thank you

Ok... no disrespect to any fans of her, but I'm having a lil trouble understanding why everyone thinks she's one of the best female wrestlers in there now. researching the beliefs of muslims and christians, i have found the muslim belief is terribly off. the sun doesnt sink in a muddy swamp. while the bible has many scientific discoveries to back it up. So if the bible keeps being strong in truth what reasons do muslims follow their belief for besides been brought up with that religon. I could name dozens of proof for the bible and none for the muslim faith.

We have been together for about 5 months, but she has cheated on me recently. So we agree'd to end it, not that she cared, she was glad I think... I love her though...

SO today, I find out she is on the phone with the guy she cheated with, booked a ticket to go and see him and stuff...

I can't take it!

I want to forget about her but I can't.

I have never been in a relationship that lasted more than 2 weeks, I am 18, only had a few girlfriends in the past... but she, she was serious to me.

Are you, or is someone you know, addicted to painkillers such as Solpadeine Plus, or Co-Codamol (the ones you can buy over the counter).

I noticed recently that I was taking Solpadeine Plus when I didn't even have a headache. I asked my pharmacist about safe levels etc, and during our conversation he told me that these painkillers just fly off the shelves as more and more people are becoming addicted to the codeine in them - not realising the danger of overdosing on paracetamol, or of wrecking their liver.

I see the TV advert for Solpadeine Plus now advises that you should take them if you feel pain, "and if you don't, don't", and that the manufacturer has reduced the largest packet size from 60, to 32 tablets.

I have a feeling the drugs company who makes these tablets are fully aware of how addictive they are, and just wondered how many people are taking more OTC painkillers than is good for them.

I'm thinking of studying electrical engineering. I have a 3.51 GPA, and SAT score of 2010. I'm in the science honor society, national honor society, and math honor society, and vice president of national honor society. I'm in the charity club, debate team, and ecology club. I've taken dance classes for 10 years, danced on stage MANY times, and singing lessons for 4 years and won first place when singing on stage. I was also a finalist for a vocab competition three times, and went to nationals once. I was also in this biology program where we've won national competitions. I was an intern at lockheed martin.
i've volunteered at a hospital, museum, and taught kids--and i have 300 community service hours. my short story was published once, as well as a scientific paper I've written.

what do you think? thanks.

I had a cseation 5.5 weeks ago. I stopped bleeding and felt back to normal at 4 weeks, and me and my husband decided to have sex. the first time was fine, the 2nd time made me feel really sore around the scare and made me crampy and its been 4 days and I still feel that way and have been getting creamy white discharge in the morning only. I was wondering if this was normal.
