For me that would have to be 'Amplifier Fire'. A song he did with his proto-heavy metal band 'Attila' way back in 1970:

Don't believe what AMG or Wikipedia tell you. It's actually a pretty decent album if you enjoy early 70's hard rock along the lines of Crazy World of Arthur Brown, Deep Purple or Atomic Rooster. Billy conjures up some pretty cool distorted Hammond organ sounds that are ear piercing, rivaling Jimi Hendrix at times! His bass pedal lines are great too!
