They were only three years old,some bloomed this year. I take it they won't bloom next year.

I have had my fish for about a month and a half without a heater. The temperature stayed between 68-70%. I have five barbs and one red tail. Yes I know that they needed warmer water but they adapted very well.

Anyway I added a heater recently and now it stays between 76-78 degrees. My fish prior to the heater would swim around and what not but now they are all over the place. They are following in single file and huddling together and seem to be more vibrant. My red tail even hangs out with them at times.

Should I be concerned?

That we don't think there is a POSSIBILITY of other intelligent life? I mean really?! do you not think that SOMEwhere in this infinite universe there arent dozens more planets either WITH the same conditions as Earth or with Life that has adapted to other conditions? Whether you believe in God creating the universe, The Big Bang, or any other unprovable theory, WHY is it so impossible that :

A. The "God" That created everything and knows all could NEVER have been able to make 2-3+ other planets full of life

B. The same type of "bang" Could have occured in the billions of years Earth has been here

or
C. we aren't the FIRST people to ever exist.

honestly?
So many people laugh when the phrase "intelligent life" appears, but really...is it that far off?
I'm not saying I'm searchin the skys for some bug-eyed green thing to jump out at me, I just don't understand why people don't keep their minds open to entertain the possibility that the universe -literally- doesn't revolve around us..

I am a single, straight, successful, educated, 28 year old male. I have never had a girlfriend and I have only gone on three dates in my entire lifetime. I haven't even experienced my first kiss yet, lol. I have no problem with this as I am not a very affectionate person and I don't have the silly need for this that most people have. If I find someone to love I'll go for it I suppose, but it doesn't really matter. I also still live at home rent free, nice right? My question is as follows: Why do my friends "The Guys" seem to have more of a problem with my life than I do? They say it's not healthy not to date and/or have no experience with love along with still living at home. I told them it's not an objective of mine. There were even some friends asking if I were gay! Lol, geez is everyone automatically labeled gay if they aren't over-sexed? I am attracted to females and females only, but I can resist the "temptation" very easily. What are you thoughts?

just because europeans never claimed that it existed that doesn't mean that there was no palestine. i am so tired of hearing about how things don't exist because the "world" aka europe and the US have not decided that they exist. why are they the judges of what is seen as right and wrong and what does and doesn't exist? i think that if there are a people then there must be a land, because if there are palestinians, then how could there not people a palestine?

i have many palestinian friends who, definitely say that they are palestinian, but i was just reading in the 'israel' section that palestine doesn't exist and that it never has and that palestians don't exist as well, and i am jsut wondering how this could be. are all of the people who claim they are palestinian crazy, or what?

some relationships do end in friendship but the majority of people end their relations in tears, suicide, or even murder. what i say is blame that on society and stereotypes that make it possible for everyone to be burnt once or twice in their lifetime. yeah that is just apart of life but what about the lives portrayed on t.v. it sinks its way into society for example music videos, they portray gangsters and skanks as the best way to live. don't get me wrong all that is cool to me thats why im writing to you guys what if it was like church programmes and nuns on t.v 24hrs a day i bet we will be nuns and choir boys. where i am coming from is today's society is just waiting for people to jump at the next in thing right now its people getting others rite where it hurts and i no because i just come out of a relationship with someone where all i did was cheat,cheat,cheat and after breaking up i have been sitting here wondering why?
