i really like this guy and he is in my first hour. we havnt really talked much besides saying hi in the hallway or him asking me a question in class. it seems that when ever i look at him out of the corner of my eye he is lookin at me so i will turn to make eye contact but he will turn away does he like me i do have his myspace but he never goes on im thinkin about emailing him and telling him but he never goes on so wut should i do . im really shy.

Over 3000 innocent people were killed in a dastardly attack. People are beheaded and innocent women and children are bombed. So does the same standard of humane treatment apply to the people capable of this type of action?
This is an argument often presented to condone torture. My question is this.
If we capture someone and use torture to determine their guilt, how were we certain that they were this type of monster before we tortured them. Is torture legitimate for everyone we capture because we were attacked? They are not entitled to a trial because they are terrorist. Okay I won't argue that but unless they admitted to being terrorist under torture or were found guilty in a trial how did we know they were terrorist? If we think someone is a terrorist and torture them to force them to talk, then how are we sure that the human standard doesn't apply to them if they haven't confessed yet? Isn't it possible that we might torture someone who is innocent? Is that justice?

Ok long story short...I dated this 17 year old back in january and sometime within that time conceived a baby and im now married to the babys daddy who is 35 years old...Im 18...I had my lil girl Oct 6th...Well the 17yrs old mother showed up at my parents house demanding that she see her grandchild...which the baby is not her sons it is the man im married to...She starting yelling at my lil sister saying that shes tired playing nice ( because the entire time i was pregnant she kept calling wanting to help buy things ) and that she was going to pay a $ 50,000 dollar lawyer to petition i get a dna test to prove its her sons and if i dont let them see her that she will take her away from me...Ok if i was married the time of her birth and my husband put his name on her birth certificate...Can they make me do a dna test??? Can they have a court order me to take one...Im married and live with my husband and he has a damn good job and we are VERY well taken care of...please help.....Thank U

Me and my boyfriend want to get married on the beach of hawaii. I want to have the most10 people with me including me and my fiance. I am not sure where in Hawaii we can go to get married. I have a female friend that my wife really dislikes one night after telling her i was a party that she was at. I came home to find my clothes outside of my door. Ok so she might have been a little jealous but here's the thing she asks me to cut it off with my friend and i tell her fine ill do it. In turn i ask her to cut off her male friend who openly let her know he is romantically interested in her. She throws herself on the floor hysterically crying saying he's just her friend and why cant she talk to him? I dont really care if she talks to this guy or not but hysterically crying and screaming? She sounded like somebody cut her pinky toe off for chrissake! Is that normal?Or does that mean that they have/had something going on? Awhile ago her best friend told me that i was the guy she wish she got with and that my wife was cheating on me. I chose not to believe her and stuck with my wife but now im looking back at both these situations and wondering ....did she? HELP!!!
