According to most religious sects, God has always been and will always be. He was not created nor conceived. He just is. It's basically like asking what created the big bang. it just happened, no one really knows. There are theories, but no proof.

Ignore the imbeciles who've answered this in a rude and disrespectful manner. Non-believers are certainly entitled to their opinions, but the beliefs of religious people deserve respect.
God wasn't conceived at all. God always was and always will be. Jesus Christ was conceived by a virgin.
Jesus' mother Mary is the one who was immaculately conceived. See the site listed below. This is Catholic Answers, a Roman Catholic site with reliable information on the Catholic Faith.
I don't know what other Christians believe about this, but most other denominations have different opinions about the Blessed Mother and her role.

Actually, it was Jesus' Mother, Mary, that the Bible claims was immaculately conceived. By immaculately conceived, they are referring to her being born without original sin on her soul as is every other human being. It was this "Immaculate Conception" that made her acceptable to carry the Christ Child.
