I think a lot of people like the comfort that is provided, by conforming to what a lot of people believe. It is also, so much easier, not to have to think much. I would like it, if more people would share my beliefs, since I have put a life time of effort into developing them, and I believe the work I put into it, is reflected in how good they are. I feel safe in my nontraditional beliefs, because they allow me to push the edge spiritually every day, and still keep tuned in well enough, not to fall off the fine line I'm on, and get in big trouble.

Why do you assume Christians do no longer use severe thinking? severe thinking arose from the Christian worldwide. that isn't any longer a Christian concept yet definite it arose from predominantly Christian international locations, it somewhat is likewise what allowed many traditionally Christian international locations to now have large atheist populations. we are residing contained in america the place severe thinking is an element of each and on a daily basis existence. maximum American Christians do learn their ideals quite a few circumstances of their existence. maximum American Christians have additionally been atheist or non-believers in some unspecified time interior the destiny of their existence, yet then later got here to the top that they have faith in Christ. america is diverse to someplace like Uganda or Pakistan the place there is no concept-approximately severe thinking and thinking issues, it somewhat is why all a hundred% of their voters are brainwashed into believing of their specific faith. america on the different hand is an exceedingly pluralist society with many diverse religious ideals, and that's with the aid of severe thinking.

Not really. Lots of people believe in hating and judging in Jesus's name, and I would never be all right with anything like that.

I'll admit it has always been validating for me to hear from other people who I consider credible that think the same way I think. It doesn't make me feel "safe" or "unsafe" though.
