It always feels like there is a lot of pressure in my head.
When I exercise, run, or I get hot my head starts to throb and pound like my heart is beating inside of it.
I don't actually much pain in my head, it just feels like a lot of pressure. What could this be?

NOTE- Please dont tell me "Go to a doctor." I made an appointment for next week but I want to know what this is in advance.

I know this doesn't seem to make much sense but with the way prices are dropping in Michigan I could sell my small home for about 5-10 thousand less than what I owe and there are much nicer homes around the corner that are selling for $100,000 less than what they were worth 3 years ago and is roughly what my small house (and my mortgage payment) was worth back then.
Should I first talk to a realtor or a mortgage broker?

Do they usually have all your background checks/references back? I only ask because I changed some dates on my resume. They called my references I know that. They called me and said "everything came back" we want to offer you the job contingent on a drug screen. I took the drug screen and was told someone would follow up with me. No one ever has so I don't know what happened. I am not on drugs so it is not that. How long do those tests take to come back?

You are uptight and aren't as easy going as you once were. If you asked him to pinpoint a time it changed and he said it was around the time your Dad passed away, which is about two and half years ago. I responded by feeling defensive and somewhat depressed. I'd much rather be told positive things. He claims he wasn't trying to be negative but just point out his observations that I don't handle things like I used to. Why do I have this compulsion to 'fix' myself and feel defensive? How would you react?

How do I determine the oxidation states for atoms that contain more than two elements? For example:

-Na4Fe(OH)6
-XeOF4
-C6H12O6

I don't know how to figure out the individual oxidation states. Can anyone help me? Please?

I am under alot of stress at the moment because my dad just came out of hospital after a heart operation, im juggling school assignments, my girl friend is acting suspicious and i feel really unhealthy...i really need a good long nights sleep...what is the best medicine i can buy that will 'knock me out ' for the night but also put me into a deep sleep (even when i do sleep naturally im a really light sleeper) so i need something that will put me into a really good deep sleep for the night just so that i can enjoy a good night sleep?!?!
