It always feels like there is a lot of pressure in my head.
When I exercise, run, or I get hot my head starts to throb and pound like my heart is beating inside of it.
I don't actually much pain in my head, it just feels like a lot of pressure. What could this be?

NOTE- Please dont tell me "Go to a doctor." I made an appointment for next week but I want to know what this is in advance.

Thanks.

Could be hardening of the Arteries, therefore when you run, exercise the blood is finding it difficult to be pumped around, hence the pressure. Likewise you might have high blood pressure, caused by a number of things. Good luck with the Doc.
