Since when was the US military no longer good enough to protect our diplomats? Why the need for this private group? Who is profiting from this? Amway? Very interesting...

I'm constantly being told "you gotta have faith". Thanks, George Michael, but why should my faith be invested in the Biblical Abrahamic deity? Perhaps it makes more sense to me to have faith in Quetzalcoatl, or Kokopelli, or Ninsun, or Ra, or Freya, or Neptune, etc.

Is THAT faith acceptable to you, or did you REALLY mean to say that I need to "have faith" in what YOU (in faith) believe to be "the truth"? Did you really mean to say that your faith is the only VALID faith because (as you believe in faith) your god is the only "true" god?

And somehow your faith trumps my faith, even if I believe just as strongly and with as much conviction as you that my god(s) is/are the only true god(s)..... right? Because your faith tells you that your god really IS the only true god...... so I must be wrong. Right?

my son is having problems in school.He did 3rd grad 2x and now he is already failing 4th grade.The school called me wanting a meeting becasue he didnt do his math homework. .... He didnt bring it home...the homework he does bring home i help him with to make sure its done right....but he doesnt always turn it in....does anybody have any ideas what i can do to help my son get his head out of his a ss and start becoming a better student?

Yup its true I feel I dont have much of a choice being a college student almost close to finals and having this baby anytime possible in 2-3 weeks. Thats right on Nov 22 my due date and I have a paper due and then I have to come back after baby born to take notes and take a final for another class. I dont know what condition I will be in to return like couple days after labor...Its tough because this is my last chance to make no mistakes in my GPA and If I mess up I will get kicked out of the University. A wealthy couple had planned to go out for the evening. The woman of the house decided to give their butler, Jerves, the rest of the night off. She said they would be home very late, and that he should just enjoy his evening.
