I was in a restaurant/ bar in LA, without my knowledge, I was charged a mandatory $90 for a tip on 1 bottle of liquor. Is this legal? Please help. Thank you.

My hair is very nice and smooth ontop and healthy.
but the undernearth layers of my hair are all dead and frizzy, i've tried everything to get rid of it!
has this happened to anyone else and who works best to make it smooth and nice like the hair ontop?

im 19 years old
I had to poop really bad the other day when i was walking.
i kept it in.
I got home. couldnt poop any more.
woke up the next morning and i feel like i have to poop but nothing comes out.
So this morning i tried pooing.
It hurt really bad, only like one or two little terd things came out. But i can feel like theres something big inside ( stool )
Is there anything you can suggest.
Or should i go see my doctor?

I dont want this to become something serious.
Please respond asap as it hurts

I am considering seeking legal action against a debt collection agency
called Westcott UK but i'd thought i'd see the opinion on the matter online
first and if you can help.

I myself have never been in debt with this company or the company they are acting on behalf - Provident.

My mother and father have. They do not live with me and have never
lived at my address. In fact I don't even see them. They have not
given my address either. But Westcott have searched Experian and found
that I obviously used to live with them at their old address and now
i'm at my own address and they can't find my parents so they are
sending letters to my address addressed to my parents. They call it a
family link!

Surely this is illegal?

My husband and I have told them on numerous occasions that they have
never lived here but they continue to send letters and now have got a
solicitor firm involved threatening to send balliffs around!

Any ideas?

Well ive always been really worried about taking medicines ever since i can remember, i always think the side affects will harm me, today my mental health doctor prescribed me 50mg trazodone for me to take with a little food, at night,
will this hurt me in any way?
has anyone ever took it?

My long term BF has a bad temper.He is not really physicaly abusive but very verbiley abusive.We he has a blow up he calls me all kinds of names and puts me down.I recently miscaried our 3rd child and it was sad for me.Well today when he had a blow up he told me hes glad i miscared and that if i get pregnant again he hopes that i miscary again.How could someone say that??I dont understand??I was so stuned that he said that.How should i have approched that comment??All i could do was run and hide befor he said something worse!Uggghhh i really hate him now!

I have thick, wavy hair and it breaks, splits and gets tangled very easily. I use TreSemme right now, but my friend (an aspiring hairstylist) suggested Garnier Fructis. But others have suggested stuff like Dove, Pantene, and Sunsilk, although I found just as many haters for all of those (except Dove, though I'm sure they're out there) and I read in a magazine that I should shampoo every other day (at maximum) to keep my hair moisturized. I am so confused. I want something that makes my hair smooth and strong. I seem to lose my hair as often as my dog, though I blame it on poor hair care. I recently stopped brushing and since then, my hair has been in better shape, though not satisfactory. So, does anyone have any advice for someone who only recently started giving a crap about how her hair looked?
