Actually, McDonald did win the 2007 All-Star skating competition, and he beat out Patrick Marleau by a fraction of a second. However, with that being said, no one clocks Milan Michalek from San Jose, and their new rookie, Torrey Mitchell, is supposed to be the fastest Shark. Is Mitchell faster than McDonald? I doubt if we'll ever know.

Martin St. Louis and Andy McDonald I think are fastest, and the most pure skater though is Marian Gaborik
