I would get her a juicy couture jewelery piece! They have earrings, necklaces, rings, etc. Some are really expensive but they have cute simple things too. They have alot of cute hanbags and tracksuits too but they are over $60. My mom and dad just bought my little sisters ( one is seven and one is 9) their first juicy couture hand bags, tracksuits and neclaces. It is a unique gift that your daughter will love and treasure! Just so you know Juicy couture is a girly brand, also good quality, with cute phrases such as "viva la juicy" "dude where's my couture", "for nice girls who like stuff" and more. This is a very in style brand, very popular, and also worn by many celebrities! I am sure she'd love it!!!

You could get one of her fav artist CD's since she likes music, and I know music is a big part of her personality.
OR you could get her a customized purse under 60$.
Ethier than that, get her something she can add on to her collection. Ex, a sleek, hot, skin for her I-Pod?
