I purchased a 23 acre piece of land a month ago without the help of a real estate agent. We signed the papers and paid the money to a title company where the deed is being prepared. We have since found out the property we purchased is in the floodway and cannot be built on like we had intended. Is there a way to get our money back? The seller owned this property for more than 20 years and knew it was in the floodway but never disclosed this information to us even though we told him many times what our plans for the land were. Are we out of luck or is there something that can be done to remedy this situation?

I mean, it was one thing for them as a group to ask people to accept them for who they are. It is a completely different thing for them to ask me to accept them as equal to or superior to straight people. Sorry, it is a character flaw.

Im 19 I just got my first credit card. I have an 1000 limit and I spent 800. I had to get new stuff for my apartment. It wasnt mindless spending. I was going to pay it off as I got paid. $200 increments. Well I dont get paid by check till next thursday and my bill was due on the 30th. I asked my bf to let me get the money he owed me so I could at least pay the minimum. I was 3 short. and I had a direct deposit coming on the 31st for $100. He didnt want to go to the bank so he said just pay them when I get paid. But then I said it will be late, then he said all credit cards have a grace period. I didnt even read up on that part when I got it, because I did not plan to make late payments in the first place!!! Well I thought ok hes had credit longer than me so he would know. I just checked my account and now I have a $40 late fee!!! I just paid, but still. I feel like his debt and laziness put me into this problem. It just so happens when my billl is due, I havent been paid yet.

anyhow I have only spoke to her over the internet and once on the phone last night. Never met her or anybody else that will be there tonight. I said I would go and my husband said I should go to make new friends I have lived here for 4 years and have a couple of friends here by our home. I have a lot of other friends we don't see much because they don't like to drive that far to see us. Mind you it's only about a 15 minute drive from their homes to ours but yet they want us to drive to see them all the time. Anyhow I 'm kinda shy and amd affraid to go meet these people. I am getting ready start a new routine of gaining muscle and burning fat at the same time..I am mixing cardio with weight lifting, ..before I go on, for those of you who have already read what I just said and are getting ready to tell me,"its impossible to do both at the same time"...you're dead wrong, because I've seen it be done, and I've done it myself...but for those who know it can be done..my basica question is will protein shakes affect my fat loss? even if its just simple whey proten(low in calories and carbs)

I'll need to put a new rear tire on a street bike soon (R1), I do lots of mountain riding and love getting into the corners better than speed.

How much should I look to spend for a new tire? Is it worth it to pay 50-100-200 more for a fancy name brand kinda thing, or would I not be able to feel a difference?

My husband and I have been going through many difficulties as you can tell if you read my old posts. We rarely if ever had sex and he showed no attraction to me whatsoever. No kissing, hugging or showing any attention of that kind. When he almost loses me and I start to agree with seperation/divorce he becomes attentive, loving, and kisses me like he hasnt since before we got married. He talks about sex more often and how much he loves and misses me, etc...
Is this normal? I didnt feel loved, desired or cared for at all for a long time. We were like roommates. Its becoming that way again and although I ask him to lay beside me, or hold me, or just hug me or kiss my cheek he makes excuses and finds reasons not too. I love this man, and I crave just some small bit of show of love and appreciation but it never comes. We have been married a year and a half. Will it ever change? Why does it take my leaving for him to want me and then when he has me again he quits wanting me again?

There is a boy in a couple of my classes who I like and everybody thinks he is wierd. He is older than anyone else in 7th grade because he got held back in kindergarten.
