I'm wondering, if you knew someone was guilty of something and they got away with it... would you get them in trouble for something else that they didn't do? So they get the punishment they should have gotten before anyway, only for something different?

I'm writing a monologue about finding a dead body and I want to be able to have the audience be able to mentally smell how bad it was. I've never smelled one, so I have no idea.

"It smelled like..."

My husband and i have been having trouble and he is living away at the moment to sort himself out and see if we still have a marriage. He just told me today that on Friday he had sex with his friend (girl) and that all it was, was just that. What do i do give him another chance or leave it? Should he get points for being honest with me. He said he wanted to let everything out in the open before he came back home

For those who still have mortages, as you know after dancing I went into selling, and then 18 years in Real Estate. My advise I would always give to my clients, was to find out on what date the Banks calculated your Interest, on your outstanding mortage amount. It may work differently in The States.Say they calculate your interest on the very last day of the month, and:-

Assuming, you have a mortgate of $40,000.00 (Forty Thousand Dollars) and you pay $2000 a month on your mortgage (I don't know the % of your Mortgage rates in the States). They will calculate your interest on $40,000.00 (Forty Thousand Dollars). BUT, if you can pay that $2000, on the day BEFORE they calculate your Interested Rates, they will then only be calculating interesT on $38,000.00 (Thirty Eight thousand). If you sit down, and calulate this, over you entire Mortgage period, which is usually 20 or 25 years, you will be amazed at how many thousands you have saved at the end of the term. You will have calculate.

I don't know if this has been posted before but I think that it's funny and want to share with you all.
My wonderful girlfriend and I had been dating for over a year, and so we decided to get married. There was only one little thing bothering me. It was her beautiful younger sister.

My prospective sister-in-law was twenty-two, wore very tight miniskirts, and generally was braless. She would regularly bend down when she was near me, and I always got more than a pleasant view of her private parts. It had to be deliberate.

She never did it when she was near anyone else. One day "little" sister called and asked me to come over to check the wedding invitations. She was alone when I arrived, and she whispered to me that she had feelings and desires for me that she couldn't overcome.

She told me that she wanted to make love to me just once before I got married and committed my life to her sister.

Well, I was in total shock, and couldn't say a word. She said, "I'm going upstairs to my bedroom, and if you want one last wild fling, just come up and get me." I was stunned and frozen in shock as I watched her go up the stairs.

When she reached the top she pulled off her panties and threw them down the stairs at me. I stood there for a moment, then turned and made a beeline straight to the front door.

I opened the door, and headed straight towards my car.

Lo and behold, my entire future family was standing outside, all clapping!

With tears in his eyes, my future father-in-law hugged me and said, we are very happy that you have passed our little test.....we couldn't ask for a better man for our daughter. Welcome to the family."

And the moral of this story is:

Always keep your condoms in your car........

My reasons for asking this are maybe different from typical... I've been having to use a (cheap as all hell) DVD recorder for work, transferring some materials from VHS to disc.... and it really is the most abysmal piece of dreck. Though, i'm not entirely convinced it is the recorder (though it has a few standout points that are probably an effect of being low-end, they're fairly minor) but more of a general failing of the format. Such as stopping recording entirely when hitting a minor blemish on the disc (instead of just bleeping over it), taking forever to spin up & start recording, having inconsistent recording times vs what's claimed (2hrs disc in EP mode ("x3") = 5h50??) and a whole catalogue of other annoyances that make me want to launch the thing into orbit. Vs a tape recorder that, although not super high quality, generally puts stuff on tape without murmur and gets to work within 5 seconds of inserting a cassette.

Or am I wrong? Do pricier ones work better? (hope so!)

I've always had dark eye brows & dark blonde hair. A few times, they've put some of the hair color on my brows for a few minutes to lighten them a little when I get my hair colored professionally. I'm going to color my hair tomorrow myself, should I try to put a little on my brows, if so, how long do I keep it on for?

ok heres the deal, i met this girl through a freind and when i first met her were both flirting, exchanged numbers and hung out a few times to study. The last two times shes come over to my place, we ended up play fighting, being very touchy (pretty much cuddling) and held hands. but when the time seems right to make a move she keeps her face away from me and when shes leaving gets more distant.

-im goodlooking and she thinks im a great guy, makes no sense...

This Seniors' section got me to reminiscing about "the old days," and I happened to think about the old types of metal ice trays that had a handle to pull to get the ice out. I remember that you had to run water over the bottom to loosen the ice before you pulled the handle; else the ice would come out in cracks and pieces.

I did a search on the Web and came across these items for sale in ebay:

http://cgi.ebay.com/LOT-OF-6-VINTAGE-METAL-ICE-TRAYS_W0QQitemZ280166366520QQihZ018QQcategoryZ82QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem#ebayphotohosting

These are what I remember having. (I won't place a bid, though, because the site says it will cost $10.00 to ship them -- and the opening bid is only $0.99! Duh!)

I had thought about trying to find some, as it is becoming increasingly difficult for me to twist those plastic trays to pop out the ice -- and THEY also seem to break the ice lately. Maybe my water is too hard?

Has anybody seen any vintage ice trays around?
