...Is it really your assertion that over 80% of the U.S. population is insane?

What do you call a person who claims that, "everyone is crazy but me"?

So Moraes... I suppose that we can then conclude that you say; "Yes, 80% of the U.S. population is in fact certifiably insane".

Sorry "Little Woman" that's idiotic.

You all do realize of course that I would have a whole lot more respect for your opinions if you weren't being so venomous about them.

I don't care what you believe or don't believe, but it's time someone called all the bigots on here out for the hateful, intolerant rancour they've been spewing.

Edwin I,

I don't care if they believe or not. All I know is what I believe, but there comes a point when I am willing to listen to unenlightened, hate-speech unchallenged no longer.

Let those who would make this rediculous assertion now defend it.

People who make those kind of generalisations actually show their own lack of intelligence. People really, really need to think. Psychosis can affect people regardless of what they call themselves or what labels we brand them with. In the same light there are intelligent atheists and less intelligent atheists. Same goes for theists. If I were to suggest otherwise it would be based on bigotry or fanciful tales.

This is really possible.
Don't forget that the population of the USSR used to worship Joseph Stalin in the 1930s and 40s and non- believers were severely punished.
Sometimes the minority voice is right.

By definition alone God would come under the heading of a fantasy being So then the obvious question that has to be asked is why is the belief in one fantasy being considered to be a sign of mental health and yet the belief in another fantasy being is a sign of the absence of mental health?
Simply because many people believe in something doesn't make it true.

I dont think everyone is insane. Just the ones who think they know god exists or that act like they know for sure but cant admit that they might be wrong or that if theyre right, that they cant prove it.

In my opinion, if anybody wants to believe in god, go ahead but just admit that you might be wrong or that you cant prove it. Thats all Im asking for.

hWhat do you call a person who claims that they're just one of an enormous group to whom the TRUTH has been shown? And that all others are ignorant of that truth, & should be pitied & "prayed for"! What a stupid assertion YOU'RE making! LOL!
