I consider myself and true dedicated catholic. but lately i have been thinking. in order to be a true catholic do you have to agree with EVERYTHING the bible says? I believe in most things but how it says being gay is a sin? i dont agree with that. god made them that way so how can it still be a sin. they didnt just wake up one day and say "i think i am going to be gay"

I'm 9 weeks with twins, and recently I've been getting terrible sick during the night. I'm usually fine during the day except here and there I get nauseous or a headache, however for the past week or so I haven't been able to get any sleep! As soon as I lay down I get terribly nauseous... like almost this seasick feeling.. and It doesn't go away for hours! I've been ending up having "slumber parties" on the bathroom floor, and throwing up all night. I've tried not eating anything before bed, but then I just end up gaging and a green substances always comes up. This is my first pregnancy, and I don't know what to do about it! I have an appointment with my regular doctor on Wednesday, and so I didn't call all week because I thought it would go away, and I was seeing him then anyways... but it hasn't. Has anybody else experienced this? Any advice would be helpful.

A drunk is stumbling through the woods when he happens upon a preacher baptising folk in the river. He ambles down to the water's edge then trips and falls down before the holy man. Almost overcome by the smell of alcohol, the preacher pipes up: "Lord have mercy on your drunken soul, brother - are you ready to find Jesus?"
Out of his skull, the drunk agrees: "Yes, I am!" he replies. And with that, the preacher grabs him and dunks him under the water. Moments later, he drags the boozer back up: "Brother, have you found Jesus?"
"No, preacher," stammers the drunk, "I have not!"
Stunned by this, the preacher sends the drunk down again...this time leaving him there a little longer. Shortly he drags him back up again: "Rid your soul of the poison, brother - have you found Jesus?"
Gasping for air, the drunk splutters a reply: "No, preacher - I have not!"
At his wit's end, the preacher sends the drunk down one last time. A full minute later, he pulls him out: "For the love of God," shouts

I know it sounds funny, but here's the situation: I have 2 labs, they are litter mates and are just over 1 yr old (females). They don't ride very well in the car...get all neurotic and stuff. I've never seen a dog that didn't like to go for a ride! These guys get NUTS! They literally lose their minds, their tummies and their bowels! And all over the back seat of my car! My real question is, does anyone have any suggestions? We've tried taking them down the block, several times a day, trying to get them used to the car...no such luck. Help!

I was wondering do you ever ask people for advice like how to deal with different situations in your life that don't seem to be going that well, Then after they explain a solution to you that you have already heard about and tried but it didn't work for you. You want to ask questions as to further your knowledge on the solution but first explain to them how you did try that and it didn't work so you can ask where to go from there or just ask questions about what they are saying, (because maybe you missed something somewhere) but they get mad at you and tell you that you are just arguing? This all feels like the only way you can get more information/help first it seems like you would have to tell them where you are so they can explain how to fix the problem but you get the same anger and they don't want to help you because they say you are just arguing?

The church is in a town of 7000. It is currently running about 30 people...mostly older. It seats about 80 but has never been more than sixty. It currently brings in enough to pay the pastor and the electric bill. No projector...only a piano and organ, currently sings almost all hymns. You are the new pastor, what do you do?
