I am a male that is 6'3 and 231 pounds...is this overweight?

A friend I've known for years is starting to get on my nerves. I'm seeing a pattern where her stories aren't matching up to other gossips and stories.

For example, someone called me saying my friend rushed to tell her that I stirred up a heated situation between the two, which is not true. She had called me to gossip and I just said i knew about them but didn't give any opinion.

And whenever she retells a story, it exaggerates how I did something wrong, makes me a laughing stock and her look good.

We use to be best friends but I stopped hanging out with her alone. However we have the same group of friends and it is affecting friendships and my sanity.

If I approach her alone, she gives the diva attitude. If there are people around, she acts all cute and innocent. I don't know if I do anything about it or if I should.

Me and my boyfriend are one hour apart (thats by air flight!) hes In Melbourne and i'm in Sydney, one state away. i feel hes gonna break up with me because hes all stressed, hes worried about school he said he thinks hes gonna fail (and i think thats my fault because in stead of studying hes being hopping online and on the phone to talk to me!) he said he doesn't know about what he wants anymore and i know the major issues making him feel like this is actually the distance and he even said to me i don't think its good we go out because I'm up here and your down there and I'm worried about other guys. so i was wondering what can i do to save this? year 11 is finishing tomorrow, and my family and i are moving to his sate in December, so I'll be with him soon, but what can i do now, i really cant bare to lose him, hes the best bf i have ever had. please no advice saying dump him! coz thats not helpful at all. thanks! ♥ x

I'm married, I been married for 2 years and 6 months, my husband is in the Marine Corps and tells me he and a sargeant got in BIG trouble, he's in the dessert kinda near from base and tells me he'll be sleeping in a truck until tomorrow, doesn't know what time he'll be home. He was suppose to be home tomorrow in the morning, like at 7 or 8 is the time he gets home every day off, cause it's suppose to be his day off. Is the Marine Corp really like this......? I didn't know they can punish them like this and make them sleep away from base and in a truck. It was just weird wen my husband was explaining to me what happened over the phone, I was able to hear the other guy telling him what he was telling me, like if he was telling my husband what to tell me. I'm very angry and upset about this, I get so confused and frustrated, I feel so insecured about him, many times I think he's lying to me. Can you guys please help me, give me some advice, Military (Marine Corp) guys, wives, etc...

I mean really, come on...cross dressing! My 6th grader told me last week she couldn't be the fat, funny, male golfer for Halloween as she has planned. One of the teachers told the 6th graders in a meeting, it was "cross dressing". Today, as I picked her up from school I asked my daughter, if she was certain the teacher used the words "cross dressing" and she said, 'Ya, they had another meeting today and the head of middle school said...the same! if they dressed as someone of the opposite sex, this would not be allowed because it's cross dressing and therefore, used the same words.
I have called to speak with the management of the school.
The teacher and the head could have told the children, 'we prefer the children not dress as the opposite sex because it may insult the opposite sex or something like this'?
I don't know how to view this, but certainly it's not right. What do you think? And how would you handle it, if you disagreed or if you don't? What's your stance? I'm floored...

I'm so grossed out, please tell me what this bug is. It was alive when I found it in the kitchen and killed it with a book. When I saw it it was on it's hind legs waving its arms in the air and waving its antennas around. I really hope it's not a deadly bug.. or even worse a roach. Please help me thanks!!!

I want to fly as far as possible. Can anyone give me any ideas of some great vacations--we LOVE ocean and pristine beaches-Florida is a cheap flight for us and too close to use for these nonlimiting tickets--any ideas about California? when is the best time to go, road trip? land where? best beaches to visit and should think about may be cruise on that side of the us? Ideas please because I need to plan by January and I am stagnated and cannot find enough info on California as to their beaches and do we rent a car and drive up the coast? Also, when is their summer because I dislike cold weather - I live in it 10 out of 12 months where I live. Thank you to everyone that can help me with some insight......all ideas will be considered....other than giving the tickets up because they are nontransferable and could only be used on the "continent" of the US. When Amnesty International, a very liberal organization talks about their unwillingnous to negotiate and do some common good between the groups, maybe the world will not blame the US for everything. how do we know that "the prophets" wrote the bible and not sum lunatics who were drinking alchohol one day and began to write sum stuff. how do we know God is real or Jesus? this whole thing doesnt make sense. everytime i ask tihs question people always give me the answer "God is real because he made you" or "Jesus died for our sins and that is why u exist today". and one more thing, instead of kicking Lucifer into hell, why didnt he just teach him a lesson like every FATHER teaches a lesson to their kids for doing wrong? We read that Kate McCann bleated “I don’t know how anyone could harm anyone as beautiful as Madeleine. I don’t mean her appearance, I mean as a beautiful person.”

Actually Kate she was a child of only 3 years old, and you left her in a creche every day and on her own every night while you went out drinking, bit late to realise now.

If Kate had paid more attention to her childs beauty on and before 3rd May none of this would have happened ?

My friend was really mad at me cuz i didn't pay him $5 i owed him. My family doesn't even have any money at all right now.
My dad woke me up at 6:00 this morning b/c he neded ten dollars for gas money and i didn't have any.
I cry all the time b/c of this and no one understands and they think that thier parents are atms.
He has been really mean because of this and wont let it go.

My boyfriend and I adopted a lab when he was 3 months old (he's now almost 1yr.old) and being the animal lover I am, I don't really understand why I haven't made some kind of connection. I don't think its normal, people are supposed to love there dogs. As embarrassing as it is I'm not even sure I would miss him if he wasnt here. I want to love him, my boyfriend loves him but I just dont its more of a tolerence. Does any one have a suggestion on how to turn this relationship around?
