I'm 6'0 248 lbs. according to the BMI scale I'm obese at 30+ but I have 9% body fat.

According to the Body Mass Index, you are in the "overweight" category (NOT obese, though). But it's harder to tell with Males because you could be a lot muscular than we know. If you're chubbier, then it's probably not a good overweight. But if you're just muscular, then it's okay.

go to sli fast.com and enter in your figures im the bmi calculator it will tell you if your over weight and also what you would be considered at a healthy bmi(body mass index)
