So I ask here , would you like to go out for dinner one night....She said sure..
Next time I met here we talked alittle and So I ask her I she Mind If I called her, she said no then she Gave me Her Number.....
Ok, I called her I got no answer. So I seen her and I have told her I called today , she said did you leave a message. (NO)
SO As I was leaving She said to call me this week, which was lastnight she saidthat.
So my question is When should I call her ? the Next day or wait two days or else.....?

Wow, it's amazing that anyone is every able to date and mate anymore. How difficult is this really? She gave you the number, and when you did call, you couldn't bring yourself to tell her that you called. Wow. Again, wow. You have to strike while the iron is hot (it's refering to how you mold iron, but the analogy works.) Call her now. And if she doesn't answer, then you leave a message with a time in the next 48 hours that you will call her back. Otherwise, you will find out that she actually chats with other people, and one of those who is willing to act instead of post questions on Yahoo has already won her over.

She should give you a specific time to call--not go vague with the invitation. When a guy gets a vague invite to call a girl--it's a red flag she's playing a mind game with you.
Isn't that rich: A mindless Paris bimbo playing mind games with a guy who has a brain. Use yours wisely.
Call right now. If you catch voicemail, leave a short message for HER to call YOU at a given time. If she doesn't, guess what lame excuse she'll give you.
If you don't hear from her in 4 days and you catch her on chat, ask her when would be a good time to call. If she blanks out--she's toying w/ you--and it's best to just leave her alone.
In other words: Either she's a "Paris tease" or she is a REAL FBI agent or local cop, surfing chatrooms looking for pedos.

wait....like 2 or 3 days. it's gonna be hard to hold out especially when you really wanna talk to someone but you don't want to seem like she's the only person in the world you have to talk to. and if she doesn't answer next time, leave a simple message just simply saying you called and leave your number, if she doesn't call you back....DO NOT constantly call, that is a MAJOR turn-off. but if she does answer then, well enjoy your convo.

wait 3 days and then call again. If you can't reach her again, she's probably not interested. So you should leave it and get a new number.

umm id wait probably 2 days cuz if you call her the next day she might think your weird but if you wait for ages she might think your not interested
