Not all of Australia is hot...only the northern and western areas are. The East and southeast coast is cooled by an Antarctic current that keeps the summers unusually mild.

8 out of ten I think it a very good place. Great weather for swimming at the beach at the moment. Great rain forest like Oraileys. The rock Ulru changess colour at sun rises.
