When the roofers removed the old roof on a house trailer, they pointed out a 3 to 4 inch gap between the trusses where the trailer halves was put together. When they removed the old roof a .040 aluminum coil stock came up with the roof that over lapped the two halves. When they replaced the roof they didn't put any metal back , just over lapped the tar paper and put on ridge vents.
Now looking a few months later I noticed my foundation cracking in the center and cracks in my interior getting larger. Can I sue the roofer's for this is happening since they didn't put the aluminum back in the center?

...I have a vague memory, which reemerges every once in a while, about a cartoon movie from the early...or maybe mid-seventies. A young girl is cursed to become a werewolf, when the moon is full; she falls for a guy, but her gypsy grandmother tries to avert the romance, knowing what would happen at night, when the moon is full. The girl decides to reveal her secret to her new boyfriend, and under the light of the full moon, she changes into a werewolf in front of him; instead of being repulsed or scared, he laughs, and says something like, "Hey, that's real cool, because under the full moon (...as his skin suddenly turns green, and he grows fangs), I turn into a vampire". The both laugh together, and then continue the romance...

...not sure if this was a theatrical film, or what; can someone out there help???

My guy swears he would die for me because he loves me so much. His actions contradict his words. He is forever looking and watching other women, especially blondes, with this **** eating grin on his face. I am not referring to a glimpse at an attractive woman, but to sit and watch, ignoring me. At minimum, I find this disrespectful. I guess, where is the line drawn? What are the thoughts provoking the facial expressions? AM I just stupid???

An insurance agent explained the high cost of health care by saying (more or less) ...
" As medicine has advanced, we're spending more - lots more. Most of it is on babies born seriously premature, and people in the last five years of their life. People that would have died within months, are now living for five, ten, fifteen years - with massive medical interventions, at massive costs. Health costs in the US last year, according to Consumer Reports, were $7,000 per capita."

I don't feel sorry for the insurance companies. They are making tidy profits. As a pre-Medicare retiree, I pay $5,000 per year in health insurance premiums plus co-pays on everything from lab work to doctor's office visits. I'm spending about $7,000 a year out of my own pocket. I guess I could save the insurance company lots of money if I die before they have to fork out payments for cancer treatment or a heart surgery. Grrrrrrrr!

What is your opinion of health insurance in the USA?

Me and my bf have been together for 11 months now. His ex-wife told him to get out last year so he left the marital home and his 3 kids although they live just down the road from where he is living now.
She likes to try and cause problems re the whole me, him and his kids. often she won't allow him to see his kids if she suspects i will be there even though i get on very well with all of them.
In december we are planning a trip to see his parents and family who live in scotland which is a long way from where we live now ( we don't live together as yet) and he plans to take his kids with him so they can see there grandparents whom they don't see very often.
So, bearing in mind we have now been together for 11 months and the fact she didn't want him anyway, does she continue to try and control him through his kids?
She says that they don't want me to go when we both now that its probably her not wanting me to go.

I'm just wondering how long this is going to last for?!

last night my b/f ask me why doesn't my son play with other kids in his area and he spends way to much time watching cartoons,he also says that im the problem and i encourage this things.
also there was a situation where my son was afraid of his teacher (hence the teacher being male) but i had this sorted out already
but im confused about my son not wanting to play with other kids instead he just wanna isolate himself or just play by himself
im not sure if was they way i grew up because i was the same way too i had a problem socializing
i need suggestions here

yesterday, i read a question about the movie jesus camp. the asker was puzzled by why people were so shocked by the documentary. according to her, she couldn't see anything which she considered appalling about the people in the movie. below is a direct quote from jesus camp. what are your thoughts about it?
