No, there is nothing you can do about it. Your best bet is to tell the employer up front that he's going to find that you test positive for speed.
If it's really something you want, and using speed disqualifies you, and you really intend to get off the speed, then the best thing to do is quit the speed, get some therapy for a while, then in a year or so when you're already off speed, try again.

Seems to me that:
a. You are a part of some sort of penitentiary program, and needs to be monitored constantly due to some type of prior mischief (putting it lightly)
b. You REALLY don't want to quit your addiction since you wish to find ways to hide it
To answer your question then: No, there's nothing you can do to hide it (especially if you have to pee in front of the lab "officer") and maybe is a good thing, because if you can't quit by yourself, than you definetely need government help to do it.

If you play, you must pay. There's no way to hold a really good job while taking speed and all the really good jobs require drug tests.

the answer is simple--STOP USING--then there would be nothing for the test to show. If they are testing you that often, they MUST suspect that you are still using--prove them wrong

you can hide the truth but you cannot run from yourself. Stop the drugs altogether, it's the only way.
