Why did they do that for, if White people stole the land and bring African slaves here then Why would the natives do it. African-Americans/Africans are the most hated race/ethnic group that people don't like inlcuding the Native Americans hate us.

This is crazy!

I posted this question really late last night, and only got one answer, which the answerer didn't read the question well enough, so the answer meant nil. So, here it is again. Please help!

A few weeks ago, I had some blood tested due to sleep issues, and I was told I had low hemoglobin. I then started to spot about a week later, a few days before my period. About a week after my period, I started spotting again. I've now been spotting for about a week. I've never had a problem with spotting before. Can this be at all related to the low hemoglobin? Or something else? I have an appointment on Tuesday for a follow up for the hemoglobin (almost a month later- how awesome is my clinic? :P ) and I'll talk to my doc then, but I was wondering if anyone had any input in the mean time.

(Keep in mind that the spotting began AFTER I had the low hemoglobin test)

I guess there really is no real vegan lifestyle. We all use organisms. Does an ameba suffer when we eat it with a bite of seaweed ect? Does the seaweeed suffer? Was a worm 'used' by eatting a carrot that was fed by a nutrient that was the waste product of a worm? When you walk on a sidewalk, was a construction worker 'used' in the making of this sidewalk?

These are not silly questions I'm asking. Just what are the ethics of it all? I'm vegan and I havn't thought of these things before.

Is it a question of evolutionary status? As in, it's ok to eat a carrot but not a dog because dogs are higher on the Darwinian scale.

Is it a question of pain sensation? As in, if the organism can feel pain, it's wrong to make it suffer?

Is it a question of degree of "use"? As in, is it worse to farm an animal than to hunt one because the wild animal at least had it's personal sovergnty for part of it's life?

Is 'being used' a frame of mind and has nothing to do with the 'user'?

It probably won't happen because two titles makes it easier to create PPV matches than one but I just think all the wrestlers should get an equal shot at a single 'greatest' title in the WWE.

At one point, I had both of my tragus' pierced. One of the piercings pushed out so I got rid of it. Yesterday I re-did my tragus and then also got an anti-tragus. Both of them bled a lot. The piercer told me that my tragus would bleed because its been done before. IDK about the anti-tragus. Anyways...cleaning procedures=Dial soap.

Are there other things that I could use to help heal the piercing. I know it takes a while for the piercing to heal so don't preach. I'm not worried about the time. I'm worried about the environment. I sweat a lot from exercises and my hair is always around my ears. I'm sick of the extended healing time b/c of an infection....any suggestions?

This is for purely information purposes as it is asked so mant times here;
The Greek roots of the term "Catholic" mean "according to (kata-) the whole (holos)," or more colloquially, "universal." At the beginning of the second century, we find in the letters of Ignatius the first surviving use of the term "Catholic" in reference to the Church. At that time, or shortly thereafter, it was used to refer to a single, visible communion, separate from others.

The term "Catholic" is in the Apostles’, Nicene, and Athanasian creeds, and many Protestants, claiming the term for themselves, give it a meaning that is unsupported historically, ignoring the term’s use at the time the creeds were written.

Early Church historian J. N. D. Kelly, a Protestant, writes: "As regards ‘Catholic,’ its original meaning was 'universal' or 'general.' . . . in the latter half of the second century at latest, we find it conveying the suggestion that the Catholic is the true Church as distinct from heretical congregations (cf., e.g., Muratorian Canon). . . . What these early Fathers were envisaging was almost always the empirical, visible society; they had little or no inkling of the distinction which was later to become important between a visible and an invisible Church" (Early Christian Doctrines, 190–1).

Thus people who recite the creeds mentally inserting another meaning for "Catholic" are reinterpreting them according to a modern preference, much as a liberal biblical scholar does with Scripture texts offensive to contemporary sensibilities.

When we were in the grocery my husband leaned over to kiss me on the cheek and looked at some other woman in the process! When I looked up at him (thinking 'Oh my husband is such a sweetheart :D' he wasn't even looking at me - his eyes were looking at someone else!) I got upset but when we got in the car I just told him, with a smile and a laugh, that it wasn't a very nice thing to do, and it wasn't respectable - no yelling, nothing like that! Well he completely denied doing anything, and ladies you know when they do that we just get more angry... So of course this ended in a full blown argument! We had driven separately so by the time we got home we were both calmed down and we just sat together and talked about it - he said he was sorry for turning his eyes elsewhere, but that I shouldn't try to control where he looks (not that I am trying to do that). And of course I apologized for getting too upset about this issue... Now I feel bad because the argument ruined a our beautiful day..

For 1500 years Christianity was basically represented to the non Christian world through the RCC.

In other words, are Protestants saying that the non Christians were correct in calling early Christianity the wrong path for 1500 years ?

Yes or No ?

Were the enemies of Christianity correct back then......... and the Protestants are correct right now ?

I have just moved my cat from my old home to my new home (she'd been living at my parents home) and it was a long trip (about six hours) and now she is terrified. She keeps hiding and won't eat. I know this is to be expected but I want to help her adjust. The other cat living here, my husbands, is very friendly. He has been whining because we won't put the two of them in the same room. He sits by the bathroom door, waiting for her to come out. He wants so badly to play with her!! But she keeps hissing at him and backing away, she won't give him the time of day! What can I do to help my cat get used to her new surroundings and stop being so scared? I can only drag her out from under the bed so many times!!

I’m currently a senior at my university and I’m 2 semesters away from graduating with a bachelor’s degree in international studies. I would like to attend law school after graduation, however due to the financial inability I would no be able to make it.
So, I’m looking into enlisting in the army in order to take advantage of the student loan repayment and the money available for further education (GI Bill). My concern is that I’m not sure whether I could attend law school once enlisted in the army or if I would have to wait until my contract service agreement finishes?
Also would it be better to do ROTC?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I was recently stopped in the works wagon by the police and told i was not on the insurance to drive it and that only my boss was on the insurance. When i confronted my boss he told me he had taken me off the insurance when i was in hospital as he thought he was getting a new wagon and he would have insured me for that. But as you guessed it, he never got the new wagon and failed to put me back on the insurance. My boss confessed to the police he had kept this information from me and that i had no idea i was driving without insurance.

Im now being sumonsed to court for driving with no insurance and my boss is trying to bribe me into taking the rap for the whole situation (of which i have told him im not interested in bribes and he can take responsibility for his own actions).

How will the court see this matter, and am i likely to end up with a hefty fine and points on my license for something i was not aware of?
