it's a narrative one. I'm writing about how I ran the mile for the first time... x____x
And also, it would be GREAT if anyone could help me get a sentence to "grab" the readers attention too.

A tiny bit more of what it's about: My throat was dry, it was really hot outside, and my friend wouldn't stop running and I needed to keep up to talk to her.
It wasnt like a really bad experience, but I didn't have a hell lot of fun either.

ok so my friend since ive known 4ever has been acting insane for a year now and i need ur opinions,,last year she made up a "boyfriend"(i know hes fake for so many reasons but i dont have time 2 explain so just trust me HES NOOOT REAL)ok so it all started when i started dating,so when she told me about this "boyfriend" and when i found out he wasnt real i figured she just felt left out or somthing so i just went a long with it,but its been a year now =(,,she says she met him on her NDS animal crossing game thru wifi(which her comp. cant use haha)
and shes never met him b4 and they have a SON,,they adopted him(keep in mind shes 14 hes "16"),,,i would just keep playing along and all but she calls me everyday asking me questions like when i meet him should we have SEX,,=( and other weird stuff,,i cant even tell u all the weird things she says,,its all she tells me about,,my family knows cuz i was worried but they dont know what to do and my bff knows cuz were all bffs so we share all....

1. (16-7 x^2)+(9-4x+2x^2) my teacher gets the answer -5^2-4x+25 but i get a different answer

2. 2x(x+3)^2 my teacher gets 2x^3+12x^2+18x and i get 2x3+18x

3. 1\5(-5a^2b^3)^2(abc)^2 my teacher gets 5a^6b^8c^2 and i get -1a^6b^8c^2

i've tried so many ways but i can't get her answer!!! please help me

i no you have seen this a thousand times, but i wanted to be able to share my opinion. I believe that the stone cold stunner is the greatest finisher of all time, even though it is not as complex or difficult to perform as some others for a few simple reasons:

1. I have never heard an arena get as loud as when stone cold hits the stunner

2. A superstar is not a superstar until he has been stunned. the stunner has been done to all the greats, and some not so greats.

3. More importantly, it is the one move that can never be played out. Stone cold can use it 20 times in one night (literally), and nobody would complain that its all he does and the fans would have the same reaction. Not to mention the stunner is fast enough to be done this often and powerful enough to lead to a pin

I am interested in buying a car from a man in Utah, and I live in Massachusetts. He told me that the only type of payment that he would accept at the moment, was Western Union, but he also told us that our money was under the eBay Protection Plan. He said that he will not be able to touch our transfered money until we receive that car. My question, is how do Western Union and the eBay Protection Plan work together, to avoid this man taking my money and me receiving no car?

Guy in a bar says, hey bartender if I can show you something amazing will you cover my tab tonight.
Bartender: sure (thinking he's seen it all)
Guy opens a box that has man in a tuxedo not much bigger then a barbie doll. And a tiny grand piano. The tiny man starts playing wonderful music on the piano.
Bartender: holy crap, your tab is covered, where did you get that?
Guy: I have this magic orb it will grant anyone one wish.
Bartender: I will cover your tabs for a month if I can use that.
So the bartender grabs the orb & says "I wish for a million bucks"
Giant flash of light & smoke, then bar is filled w/ducks everywhere you look, on the bar, the pool tables, the ceiling fans, everywhere.
Bartender: What the @^$%^? I asked for a million bucks, not ducks, this is messed up.

All parents know that boys and girls of schools involve in sex. Many girls get pregnant and have abortions. Boys dump the girls after having sex with them repeatedly as soon as they find another girl to victimize. I HAVE 2 CHILDREN AND THEIR FATHER DID SUPPORT IN THE PAST BUT THIS YR HE HAS GIVEN ME ABOUT $900($500 IN JAN AND $400 IN FEB, THATS IT) FOR THE WHOLE YEAR. THEIR DAYCARE BILL IS 508 A MONTH BY ITSELF. EVERY YR HE CARRIES OUR SON ON HIS INCOME TAX AND I CARRY OUR DAUGHTER BUT THIS YR I FEEL I SHOULD CARRY BOTH OF THEM SINCE HE HAS REALLY GIVEN ME MUCH MONEY. WHAT DO YOU THINK. My period stopped in December of 2006. In march 2007 they prescriped me a pill to "jumpstart" my period and had said there would be a withdrawl bleed and that it wasn't my period. I got the withdrawl but never got my real period. This month I was prescribed medroxyprogesterone ace 10 mg talets to take 14 days. My doctor did not explain them to me. She gave me 2 refills and 30 tabs in each. I took them for 14 days and got my period, is it my period or do you have a withdrawl bleed with these to? Also if it is my period to I continue takeing them for 14 days each month or do i stop? I can;t get a hold of my doctor to find time and my next appt. is not for 3 months.

I'm taking the role of someone that is against it for a persuasion in public speaking. I'm actually not against it, but I had to take it because my partner and I both support it, and one of us had to take the opposing viewpoint. The only reason I can think of off the top of my head is that our country was founded on Judeo-Christian values, and that is something that a lot of people hold (To include imposing that on a society to this day). Part of the reason I did decide to take this role, is to add to the kind of points that people will try to use against me in regards to it: A sort of learned ability to refute from true experience on both sides if you will.
I haven't researched it yet, but I was just wondering what are some good ideas to begin with in my search. My outline is due on Friday.

It is repeated over and over in the media that if a Muslim dies for their religion that they will be rewarded in heaven with x number of virgins or even x number of little boys. To me this sounds like it was completely made up. When I challenge people who believe it they insist that it is a fact. Someone, please tell me the truth!
