Ok, so there is this boy and I like him a lot. I think he likes me he told my friend he did and stuff. The problem is Im friends with his sister and yeah you know how siblings are... BUT I like him a lot. There is also one more problem...he might be moving in the summer should I just forget about him and just keep looking. Or still try to get close to him and hope maybe just maybe he might like me....

I think you should talk to his sister first. Me and all my friends have a rule that you can't date each others siblings. If you really like him and he really likes you, you two should should try it. Forget about him moving this summer, just enjoy it while it last. Oh and remember not all guys are evil, just most :) And it doesn't sound like this guy even did anything.

And this boy is evil, why????? Sounds to me you are the evil one as you want to ignore him because MAYBE he MIGHT be moving SOMEWHERE.
Sounds like both of you are too scared to take the first step. Walk right up to him in a quiet place and say "hey, lets go get a soda and talk."

when people claim that they are moving, you really think they are but there is a 50percent chance that something could come up to where that person doesn't move. So you should tell him and see what he thinks. And if he really knows for sure that he's moving then yall could just be good distant friends and yall visit each other every now and then, but if something was to come up in the making and he says yes he like you too and that he's not moving, then you be glad you had asked.- it's better to be safe than sorry

they dont know how it is

go for it. if you find out he doesn't like you then SO! forget about him. the worst he can do is tell you no. but if he does tell you no then go for another guy. the right one will come along if he's not him!
