THEIR DAYCARE BILL IS 508 A MONTH BY ITSELF. EVERY YR HE CARRIES OUR SON ON HIS INCOME TAX AND I CARRY OUR DAUGHTER BUT THIS YR I FEEL I SHOULD CARRY BOTH OF THEM SINCE HE HAS REALLY GIVEN ME MUCH MONEY. WHAT DO YOU THINK. BTW I HAVE APPLIED FOR CHILD SUPPORT BUT HE HAS YET TO PAY THAT ( HE OWES ME BACK CHILD SUPPORT)!

Absolutely file with both children! Make sure he is notified in writing that you are doing this and send it return receipt requested so you know he got it.
And look for daycare cost help through your state and county. There may be only certain daycares that accept the government subsidy so check that as well.
Also, gas and electric companies usually have a program to subsidize their costs depending on your income. As no formal child support documents are signed as of yet, it is not considered part of your income.
I hope you find a way to ease the financial pinch you are in and that he stands up and supports his kids once again!

Call child support enforcement!!!!! Yes, I would fill them on my own taxes (count the daycare expenses)!

I am afraid you will have to go to court to get it, but you certainly deserve it.
