I love Garth Brooks. Now picking a favorite song is hard, but I do like the older material more than the new stuff. I can't pick a favorite but I do love the double live cd.

I love Garth Brooks. Kinda hard to name my fave song by him. However, I would have to sway him doing Silent Night was awesome. he does a voice over at the beginning where he talks about driving home to mama's with it snowing, etc. and then sings the song. Totally amazing vocals.

He is my favorite male country artist! Can't wait for the new album to come out! As for a favorite song Lonesome Dove, Mr. Midnight, Red Strokes, The Storm, Cowgirls Saddle all are up there.

Love Garth!! Favourite songs would have to include "Red Strokes", "She's gonna make it", "Cowboy Cadillac", Midnight Cinderella", "That Girls a Cowboy" and "The River" I also recently heard his version of "Desperado" with Clint Black and thought that was pretty good. I could keep naming songs forever though.

O.K. That's a loaded Question !! Some of his stuff is definitely country, But some of it is SO out there, there is no way to categorize it !! (He's a necessary evil, sorta like, you don't like the cops, till YOU call them). The powers that be, (The Nashville Money Machine), decided to promote him because of waning sales of country music during that period.
But some traditionalists still feel a resentment for some of his (discretions?).
Oh, my favorite song is Full House!!

I liked him til he got a little above himself.
My favorite song of his is a OLD oldie one, I don't think many people liked it, but I did. It was called "Wolves". My other favorite one was the love song he did, "Shameless".
