my friend said that she saw on csi that a mother told the son to open the car window because there was a bomb under the car, the son did as he was told, and when the bomb went off, the kid was ejaculated outside the window. is this plausible in real life?

I think the word you mean is ejected, but hey! Oh the person may fly out of the window, but they also may be pretty dead after the bomb goes off. Ouch!
BTW: Get a hold of myth busters and see if they can try this to see what happens when it's done. They are always looking for new things to try on their show.

ejaculating out of a window, i hope not.
If a bomb goes off under a car it will not eject the person from the car out of the window.Sorry it won't.The idea is to blow the car up and not try to save anything inside.Maybe if you have a bath tub in the car you can hide in that like in Lethal Weapon!

In your example- if ejected from the car, inertia would have ruptured many internal organs like aorta and liver/spleen.
