Here's the deal. I am fifteen and trying to lose weight, I am at an average weight and sorta short [five ft two inch] I do cheerleading and I usually excersize [speed walk for one hour] five times a week. I am a vegan. drink lots of water, never eat before bed, and am crazy about fruits. I need a list of veg food though that I can eat that are very low cal. Also does anyone know how fattening carrotss, chick peas, and legumes are?
