Well i would like to compare rye-brown bread with white bread..I want to show which is better based on nutritional details and the amount we need on a daily basis. I have searched for nutritional details e.t.c but i would be very glad if you could provide me with a link for more information or if you know something more on the subject..

Rye bread is very similar to normal bread made from wheat flour, except some or all of the wheat flour is replaced with rye flour. Here's some info on the nutrition of Rye:

Whole wheat vs white bread isn't that big of a difference. When wheat is milled, the different parts of the wheat are separated. In whole wheat bread, some of the wheat germ and some bran is put back in. It gives a little fiber and a bit of vitamins, but the difference really isn't that big.

White bread is not good for you. It is just white flour, where wheat bread is better for you, if you watch which one you buy. Look on the side to see how much whole wheat is used, and the fiber content.
