I have had my australian shepherd for about a week now... i tried to put her in her crate the first night but she cried so she has been sleeping in my bed with me. Until last night... she cried so LONG so LOUD i didnt get an hour of sleep and when i did finally wake up my head was under the pillows and now my neck muscles hurt.

How in the world can i get my puppy to stop crying? other then time.. because i know time heals everything.. but it wont be healing my neck!!!

What age do you think a child needs to be to read this book? Just an average age is good..we all know it depends on the kid. But just an average. My daughter REALLY loved the movie and I want to encourage her to read it but not if it's beyond her. Thanks!

Hello,

I am trying to enroll in my benifits for a job that I was newly hired for. I am adding my dependents and then it asks me the relation ship. On the drop down menu the options were taxable child and non-taxable child. What does that mean? There is no explanation of the options. Any ideas? Our benifits cover your children up to age 25. I have a 9 and 13-year-old. Is it asking if your children pay taxes?

Today I am doing a little housecleaning and am washing my bed-covers. I have a a quilt-like feather cover that goes under my sheets and over the mattress. I looked for tags but there were none. I'm pretty sure it can machine-wash but I was wondering what cycle and for how long to wash it.

What I frequently heard from the political pundits in the 2000 election was how much more of a likable person George Bush was than Al Gore. Of course the Republican party had a field day with it.
Now here we are seven years later and Bush's approval ratings are near Nixon's Watergate ratings. Hmmmnnn..... isn't funny how crappy leadership can make a guy less likable ? Gore is now more popular than ever.
Don't you think it's time we elected someone that can actually do the job next time instead of someone "you would like to have a beer with ?" I think you would be amazed at how much you would come to like an effective President.

We had work done on my toilet about a month ago. I can still smell sewer fumes in there, but I've recently quit smoking so my sense of smell is very sensitive. My parents' senses are very dull and I can't convince them of how bad it really smells. They won't call the plumber back because "There's nothing to tell him to do." The fumes get really bad when I turn on the fan. I haven't gotten sick yet, but I've read that it's quite possible. Is there anything I can do myself, like caulk the floor seam? Or should I just insist on calling the plumber back?

If these unions give a gay couple all the civil rights of marriage but do not encroach on the religious sacrament of "traditional" marriage would you be okay with this?

Is it an issue of protecting what you perceive as a traditional religious marriage? Or is it about denying gay people civil rights becaus you believe your god doesn't like gay people?
