for example gossip girl...tv show...shes 14 and is kissing a guy that is in his 20s!! is it wrong or is it okay cuz its just acting?

Kissing isn't a big deal. It's also acting, which isn't a big a deal.
If this happened in "real life", then there's a slight cause for alarm, what with the massive age gap and all. An age difference of a few years isn't that that terrible, but 6 years is. I'm 20 and I surely wouldn't kiss a 14 year old. Also, if she's f*****g him, that's a massive cause for alarm. When that REALLY happens, then you should be on high alert ;).

it's ok, they're just acting. it's not a sexual scene either. it's more of a dramatic scene. they weren't doing anything sexual, unless you consider kissing a sexual act...

well it is called "ACTING" so that would depend on the actor and their limitations on doing sexual scenes
