It has been proven in physics labs that pockets of energy can sometimes be born out of nothing. FACT.
The Universe was in the very beginning a poket of energy. FACT.
Everything we are in touch with now is energy including mass. FACT.

We don't know, out physics breaks down at the singularity of the cosmic egg. It's that simple.
What I find curious is that you have lived for a few decades or less on the earth and yet "know" that something can;t come from nothing. Seriously, how do you know? Whatever "thing" people come up with whether it be god or science either had a begininning at some point or has always existed. We don't know which and never will.

well i think that universe was mostly created by the big bang theory. woah, you are genius stephen hawking! well i also believe that universe was not created, it was just as it is. according to the people who believe in science more than religion and stuff, they have many ideas wandering in their minds, well i am not saying religious people are not dumb.
