1. I heard greed is sin, so why does the church always want more money? (i never see it put to good use, only fund raisers)

2. Whats the name of that religion where you dont need to believe in god but just love(or something like that)?

3. Whats the point of having a Religion?

4. Cant one just believe there may be a god and do good things without having to offically say i am a "whatever" and still go to heaven/after life?

I mean, it just seems kind of depressing to not be able to celebrate things like birthdays, Christmas etc...So, what do JW's do for fun? Do they have any other kind fo parties? I just painted my walls in my home, and I taped the ceilings so I would have a straight, even line. But when I took off the tape It was not straight and some of the paint came off with the tape... it looks really bad, does anyone have tips to make it look better?

I know this is stupid, and you're probably going to answer no, but is there anything that help? Like eating a certain food, or drinking a lot of fluids? I wouldn't be able to take a medication, though, because I doubt my mom would let me, but do you have any theories?
It's just that I have a party to go to tomorrow, and it's on a boat, and we're going to be doing a lot of water activities, and I'm not quite sure how readily the bathrooms are going to be available - plus I'd rather not have to worry about it. Tomorrow's supposed to be my last day, as well, so I was just wondering if I could do something to help it a long a bit...

i just answered a q?, and it seemed interesting to keep asking about this matter.
lets say the child has misbehaved, and the step parent has punished him, what would you do? the child is crying at this point and is yelling " ur not my mom/dad" would u back ur spouse, and tell the child to to his room or would u under mined what ur spouse said and let the child off the hook?

I just found out that I'm pregnant so ready or not, here he/she comes! I can't help but wonder, however, if I'm too young, will I be a good parent, am I too immature, are we ready for a child, etc....I'm 25 and my husband is 30. We've been married for almost 5 years and have no children. I planned on going to grad school for my masters degree next fall but now that'll have to be put on hold. We're financially stable but we wanted more money in savings and a new home before we planned on starting a family (we live in a 1 bedroom apartment).

For some reason I just feel like this is a big mistake. I'm so worried. We're adults but I still feel like we aren't fully "grown up", we still act goofy sometimes and I feel like other parents are more mature than we are. Am I just overreacting? Is it normal to feel this way? When will I feel "ready"?

Advice??
