Only monosaccharides like glucose, fructose, lactose are be polymerized to give rise to polysaccharides that you are talking about.

But, many of the common polysaccharides, such as amylose and amylopectin of starch and celluloise, are made up of chains of glucose. So, the answer you're looking for might be glucose. But, not all of the polysaccharides are made up entirely of glucose.
