If it was common knowledge to everyone (as so many non-LDS Christians seem to think) that there was no marriage in heaven, then why did the Saducees even ask the question in the first place?
I mean, I would think that, if they asked it knowing that NO one believed in it, then why didn't Jesus say something like "That's a stupid question!" If they asked the question, it must have been because someone believed in marriage in the resurrection. They asked it as if it were something taken for granted by someone. They didn't ask, would there be marriage in the resurrection, they asked which of a woman's seven husbands would be her husband in the resurrection. Which tells me that someone believed in marriage in the resurrection. It was an assumption on their part that marriage did continue in the resurrection.
