We would probably mostly agree that the outcome of the Suffragette movement was a positive one. It acted as a catalyst and springboard for the Feminist movement, leading to the (partial, still incomplete) emancipation of women, and is leading to a society where women have equality of opportunity with men. (Although I realise that this is not the case globally, but progress is being made).

However, would we consider the suffragette movement to be a terrorist organisation?

If Yes, does this mean that we accept that the means can justify the ends?

If No, does this mean that we only define terrorists as people whose goals we disagree with, and call those whose goals we agree with as 'freedom fighters' or something similar?

Does the way we answer this question affect the way we define terrorism?

Serious Thoughts please.

A skunk has apparently taken up residence in this storm drain that goes under our neighbor's driveway.

A couple weeks ago, neighbor tried to frighten skunk away by shooting air rifle up in the air and making a dreadful racket. Didn't scare skunk away.

Another neighbor's dog barked furiously when skunk went into their yard. Didn't scare skunk away.

Tonight, we came home after dark, after visiting friends. Skunk was in our yard. I went into our house quietly. Don't want to scare skunk. With my luck, it would be me who gets sprayed.

Any ideas on how to get rid of him?

i am sorta lost on finding limits, i think i understand the concepts, but am lacking in algebra possibly.

here is a prime question:

evaluate the limit lim x->7 (sqrt(x+2)+3/(x-7)

every time i try the problem, i end up with zero on the top and zero on the bottom... and i don't see anything that can factor.
what am i missing?

On Dec. 22, 2006, more than 30 unarmed Haitian civilians, including women and children, were killed by indiscriminate gunfire from United Nations “peacekeeping” forces, reportedly as collective punishment for a massive demonstration days earlier calling for the return of President Jean-Bertrand Aristide, who fled the country amid a rebellion.

Film footage recorded by the Haiti Information Project, a humanitarian organization, shows an unidentified man dying as he describes being shot from a circling U.N. helicopter. The group also has video of a teenaged boy shot by U.N. forces, who, before he dies, explains how the U.N. opened fire on unarmed civilians.

now I am not Gerrard's biggest fan by any strecth of the imagination, but Beckham better than him? hahahahah that is hilarious, Beckham is absolutely hopeless in open play, has had like one good season in 10 years and is just a sell out overrated joke going to the States to become a celebrity rather than a footballer.

I hate Gerrard and Beckham, but I respect gerrard as a talented footballer (not as good as people make him out to be IMO), However he is 10 times the player Beckham will ever be.

So who is better, Beckham in his prime? Or Gerrard now? I dont even have to ask I just want it confirmed on this site
